my thoughts of the day

what's up guys. soooo, i've been super super SUPERRRR busy lately. first off, i'm almost finished with the school year! i've been anticipating this for a long time because i'm so excited to get out because there's a lot i'll have to do with FBN, the mixtape, and acting. now i won't have to do it all while trying a balance a perfect GPA. speaking of school, i won the elections. next year-i'll be sophomore class president!! i'm also glad because my running mate, Simone Hardeman, won vice president. next year will be a dynamic duo! you can probably look forward to a documentary episode on the whole election process. i am currently doing my show Bang No More this weekend at the African American Cultural Complex..pictures will be up later on the blog. so much has been going on with Fly By Nature i don't even know where to start! before i talk about that though, i just want to say that i've made some changes to the mixtape. it's now a colabo-tape with my bro Rodney Woodard. it's also no longer called 'Taking Flight'. it's now going to be called 'Shoestrings and Pocketbooks'...be on the lookout for that mixtape album cover coming real soon! now: for FBN; it's been hard trying to do everything on my own, and i simply CANNOT do it! and i know you've all seen me battle between tying to have partners and work solo. but i finally have a strong team, and they're here to stay. that team consist of Sam Meyer, Rodney Woodard, Kentrell Zeingler, and Taishma Owens. they're the best! today i met the creators of 'The Corner Magazine Inc' and they loved Fly By Nature. they want us to be featured in their magazine and maybe even get cover! the team has a meeting with them at the beginning of next month. the Hay Now! Productions fashion show that FBN's in has been moved to July 24th. more info will definitely be up on that when the time gets closer! i have the logo for FBN. i might tease you all with a little preview of that later (; but yeah, basically, big things are about to start happening and i'm just setting as much as i can up right now. this summer is our time!!!

soo, i've been really starting to get into my music. i write lyrics every morning before I go to the bus stop, and each day I get better and better. I still don't know what day I'm releasing my mixtape, but it will probably be sometime this summer. i'll definetly keep you guys posted though...

what's up guys? so a lot has been going on with me since the last time we talked. i've been EXTREMELY busy, and i'm going to be even more busy. i'm running for sophomore class president. so if you're reading this and you're in SRHS class of 2013, vote for me! =) everyone that's been sophomore class president have been telling me that it's a big responsibility and a lot of dedication, but i know that I can rise to the occasion...

this weekend, i had a meeting with Ms. Charlotte Webb, CEO of Hay Now! Theatre Productions, and Mr. Reginald Rushing, director of the upcoming Hay Now! Theatre Production's fashion show. I told them about Fly By Nature and what we do. then we showed them some preview pics that like the ones in the post And I Promise, We're Here To Stay. they liked the idea, and we got three full Fly By Nature scenes in the show. the show will be sometime in June...

having a lot of things going on is also frustrating. because of fashion show practices and the Bang No More performance dates, we have to reschedule the photo shoot to a later date, which will be at the beginning of June. I know a lot of fans are angry with me because they're anticipating this wait, but in order for us to give it our very best, we're gonna need just a little more time.

right now my plan is to campaign for the next two weeks, in order for me to win the election. The Road To Success will probably have an episode on the election, so you all will be able to see the process that I went through. Sam and I will probably be thinking of the scenes that Fly By Nature is gonna do in the fashion show too. I just know that I have a lot to do, but this is what I live for! also, follow Fly By Nature's new blog!
