so...i told myself that i was gonna wait-but i couldn't help it. here's what the mixtape cover will (hopefully) look like. i still might have a little bit of tweaking to do, but this is the blueprint of it.

my thoughts of the day..

hello everyone! i first want to start off by saying I'M SORRY to all of my followers! i've been really busy over the past couple of days...i'm currently on spring break right now, so you know what that means-MIXTAPE and FASHION LINE all day, everyday. of course i've hit up some parties with my friends, but it's been all about business for me. i'm just taking advantage of this time. me and jessica have been talking a lot about our inspired-designs and preparing some sketches so we'll know what we want when it's time for the shoot, which will probably be at the beginning or middle of april. i've been writing lyrics and making beats nonstop for the mixtape. recording is the next step though. i just want to get everything done at once; make the beats, have my lyrics, record the songs, master the tracks, and release the tape :) i have a long way to go and a lot of hard work to do, but i know that it'll all be worth it in the end! i'll probably be posting more blogs on fashion later on today and i'll be sure not to be slacking on my 'thoughts of the days' so i can keep you all posted!

my thoughts of the day

what's up guys. haven't been on in a while. i've been really busy with school and getting ready to take midterms. today in comm-tech (world history and english I combined) i turned in my unit 9 portfolio and i just finished taking the test for the jungle book and on imperialism. YES ! lol. comm-tech has been the one thing that's been stressing me this week. i'm not done yet though. on monday i have midterms for earth science. then on tuesday i have theatre I and health midterms. on the bright side, after tuesday-i'm out for spring break!! WHOOO !!! =) i just found out that i'm supposed to be doing the driving part of my driver's ed class over the break. i would be annoyed, but i'm tired of waiting on that list, and when i get my permit in april it will be worth it. hmmm...today is my friend jasmine's midnight bowling party. me, rodney, lucky, and mikey rocks are supposed to be going together. then i think we're going back to lucky's house. i need some sort of a break...but then it's back to studying! i haven't really been designing anything for the fashion line. i've been really busy with school work. don't worry-i won't let you down! my mom was telling me that if my grades weren't where they needed to be, the line would have to be on hold, so i'm just trying to get that situated right now! as soon as we get on spring break though, it's right back to work!

my thoughts of th day

ughhh, i'm soo tired guys. this week we're getting ready for midterms. even though it's only tuesday, i feel like i've ben in school a whole week. it's going by sooo slow. i'm still tired from this weekend. now i just finished my journal in health, and i'm sitting here doing whatever i can to keep my eyes open. i've been talking with jessica and rodney and we decided that we're gonna release ten outfits inspired by our line for the spring 2010 sample collection...we plan to shoot at the beginning of april. other than thinking of designs for that, i've been busy with school work! my grades are pretty good, so i have to be sure that i keep them that way and don't let them fall. midterms are next monday and tuesday, but we get out for spring break tuesday afternoon :) so you already know what i'll be doing my time off, blogging, shopping, and designing. my thoughts of the day are basically about being organized. doing this fashion line is a lot harder than i thought. there are a lot of steps, studying, and between-the-line-thinking that you have to do. you just have to make sure you're balanced, and the workload won't be too hard!
